 rule i.  Please be over 18. RPing with Silvaire is always strictly SFW, however, he kills people for a living. mature themes will most likely show up. rule ii.  In case you want to RP with him on the wild, send a tell, I will most probably accept it - unless something out of ordinary is happening. rule iii.  In the name of the Twelve, keep me and my characters away from drama. I cannot stress it enough. Conflict and arguments in general are really hard for me to deal with, so I try to stay as far away from it as I can. rule iv.  In case there's been any misunderstanding or anything that might have hurt you, please, PLEASE, let me know. Good communication avoids bigger conflicts. rule v.  No means no. I mean it. rule vi.  On the same note, approaching aggressively is not nice and I would rather avoid it. No matter how enticing you found my character, aggressive flirting will just receive a strong uncooperative response.

 rule vii.  I don't consent to seriously harming / killing my character. rule viii.  I do not condone, support or even tolerate any kind of bigotry, be it torwards me or others. rule ix.  That said, in case you keep insisting in disrespecting those rules, I will just cut contact. If one would have to choose between getting stressed with subtle intrigue behind-the-scenes mess and being left in peace, the choice is obvious. rule x.  I don't care how much of a lore purist you are. If you don't like the way I RP, junt don't interact with me. No hard feelings, and I won't miss a thing. Just don't waste both of our times trying to lecture me. rule xi.  No RP tag and out of a venue = no impromptu RP. Sometimes I am doing other things in game, sometimes I am AFKing while doing IRL work, since I work from home, and sometimes I am just not in a good mindset to RP, and this is fine. What is not fine is insisting when I tell people that. So, for the sake of my sanity, I had to write this rule. In case of doubt, refer to rule 2. Nothing wrong with asking, after all.

STAFF REPORT

Historical report. 
Excerpts of reports found within the folder assigned under 'Shadow' at the staff filings at Nix. The identity of the agent responsible for such files is, as usual, classified.

10-year old canditate to the early agent-shaping program (discontinued). Recruitment made personally by the founder Edgard Liautroix (alias Ghost). Agent has agreed to being adopted to ensure a broader legal range of maneuver and protection. Adoption documents attached.

(Excerpt from Ghost's report upon finding and choosing the boy on the streets of Ishgard below):
Candidate showed uncanny skill for singling out, stalking and approaching potential targets, as much as his abilities target skill assessment still need to be polished. He already shows healthy levels of wariness and retionatility in weighing his odds and making quick decisions under pressure, an abilitiy that many seasoned agents haven't developed as far as this ten-year old has, as much as he also lacks in focus and seriousness. Those raw skills, along with his origins and his contempt for the Holy See, can make him a future valuabe asset, as long as he develops some sense of responsibility with the years. Training will start in the beginning of the next week, as soon as he has adapted to the facilities.

Handed to Whisper for speciliazed training after 9 years of general training at the hands of Ghost. The personal involvement developed between Shadow and Whisper on their third year of training could be considered potentially harmful to the organization. According to Ghost's instructions, interference is vetoed.

As feared, said relationship ultimately has rendered the agent out of comission. After the incursion on Nimrod main aether and magitek research facility, in which Whisper was KIA, the agent has been rendered psychologicaly paralised. Further observation is required.

Agent has been inactive for 2 years now. Ghost has terminantly vetoed any type of relocation, retirement and, specially, decomission. Agent has yelded to the need of receiving Athena's treatment.

Treatment has been proving successful. Agent needs to be under observation for a few more years before being released from current care. Agent's demeanor has changed and he now presents himself as more focused, serious and goal-oriented. It is still not advisable to reproduce Shadow's circumstances of breakdown, specially regarding pushing agents to murder their partners, however, the positive impact on Shadow's efficiency is undeniable.

Shadow is readapting to his usual functions. It was considered safe to place an agent-in-training under his tutelage. The agent chosen was the second and last agent adopted by Ghost, despite their approaches in concluding a job varying greatly. Shadow is, however, showing himself to be a fairly competent and objective tutor.

Shadow has chosen the alias of Sparkle for his protegee. Former assessment should be reevaluated.

The alias Sparkle has been accepted and adopted by the organization as a whole. The new file tags have just been produced.

Agent has, for the first time since 'the incident', been seriously harmed during service. The second request from the Forum regarding Nimrod's case turned out to be a trap, with its specific demands, such as the solo involvement of the agent, due to the peculiar nature of the client and its tendency of making specific instruction regarding the particular of a service. Shadow was, therefore, ill-prepared and was nearly taken out of comission. He his recovery was swift due to improptu care in the hands of a civilian. Further care is advisable. Disciplinary action regarding his attempt on covering-up the injuries and the ambush itself is being studied.

An investigation by Intelligence has shown that the Forum was not aware of the fact that a service request has been forged. A meeting regarding a proper response to recent events and the decision of whether or not the Forum will be informed of the possibile infiltration in thir midst is to be held in three days.

Agent has been presenting somewhat erratic behavior and is suspected of applying Nix's employees for the investigation of the civilian who provided care for him. Ghost strongly advises against pursuing that line of investigation and strictly forbids any attempt against the civilian, as well as any approach unauthorized by him, be it to test the Agent's potential evolution or any other reason.
